Explore our leading network interface adapters, high-speed transceivers, and heavy-duty RJ45 assemblies engineered for minimal return loss and EMI mitigation.
Lumetra Optoelectronics Technologies Co., Ltd. delivers carrier-grade copper and fiber optic connectivity products. Established as a leading system component designer, we drive hardware optimizations across telecommunications and modern IT clusters.
Founded in 2016, Lumetra Optoelectronics Technologies Co., Ltd. has established itself as a premier developer of high-speed optical transceivers, copper-to-fiber interfaces, and specialized RJ45 integrated connectors. With a strong pedigree rooted in 11 years of industry experience and 7 years of global export presence, we bridge the gap between high-frequency signal requirements and manufacturing economies of scale.
Operating a production center spanning 8,500 square meters, our facilities integrate advanced automation, high-speed SMT assembly, precision metal shielding stamping, and rigorous environmental stress testing to support requirements in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
How China's optimized connector supply chains ensure stable capacity, high material purity, and cost efficiency for global system integrators.
Our broad ecosystem guarantees seamless access to raw materials (oxygen-free high-conductivity copper, 50u" gold plating) and customized packaging options, minimizing volatile lead times.
Supported by 86 dedicated R&D engineers, we customize SFP form-factors, structural dimensions, pin definitions, magnetic turns ratios, and internal PCB layouts to fit custom network cards.
48 qualified QA inspectors enforce strict testing protocols, utilizing high-frequency network analyzers and automated optical inspection (AOI) to guarantee zero-defect deployment.
In high-speed data transmission networks, designers constantly weigh the trade-offs between optical interfaces and twisted-pair copper configurations. While optical transceivers provide unmatched bandwidth over long distances, integrated RJ45 copper solutions remain the cornerstone of enterprise, LAN, and localized industrial controls. Understanding how these two topologies coexist is critical to building scalable network architectures.
High-frequency data transmission over copper (such as 10GBASE-T) is susceptible to external electromagnetic interference (EMI) and cross-talk. To mitigate this, our RJ45 interfaces utilize integrated shield boots and metal housings designed for continuous grounding paths. By deploying internal magnetics (such as in the LPJK7003A98NL or JX30-0005NL), the connector isolates the physical layer (PHY) chip from common-mode noise, protecting system components from voltage surges and guaranteeing compliance with IEEE 802.3 standards.
For modular configurations, hot-pluggable transceivers like the Cisco SFP-10G-T-X compatible copper module translate optical signals to copper interfaces over distances up to 30m. However, converting 10G signals to run over Cat6A copper demands substantial electrical power, generating heat. Our custom-designed SFP cages with integrated light pipes and heat sinks optimize heat dissipation, keeping temperatures within safe operating margins and protecting adjacent electronic circuits from thermal degradation.

As IoT networks grow, traditional 4-pair copper cables can be bulky and expensive for edge nodes. Lumetra’s engineering team is developing Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) configurations based on IEEE 802.3cg. Offering data speeds of 10 Mbps to 1 Gbps over a single pair of copper wires, this standard simplifies wiring and cuts down weight in industrial IoT networks. Simultaneously, we are scaling production of Cat8-compatible RJ45 jacks, designed to support transmission frequencies up to 2GHz for short-distance 25G/40G networks.
Providing high-reliability interconnect components across demanding business, industrial, and telecom environments.
Connecting Top-of-Rack switches to high-density servers. Our low-latency, copper SFP modules provide cost-effective short-reach links that consume less power than active optical cables.
Supplying high-reliability magnetic RJ45 jacks for EtherCAT, PROFINET, and Modbus networks. Designed to withstand mechanical vibration, temperature shifts, and heavy EMI.
Providing outdoor-rated optical transceivers and modular connectors for 5G distribution units (DUs) and remote radio heads (RRHs) operating from -40°C to +85°C.
Supporting high-density campus networking hubs. Our SFP cages and integrated RJ45 jacks support PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt) up to 90W to power IP security cameras and wireless access points.
