Lumetra
Premium multi-port stacked configurations engineered for high-density networking, cross-referenced with major global standards for immediate integration into Indian telecom and enterprise systems.
India is undergoing a profound digital transformation. Programs like "Make in India" and the nationwide rollout of 5G infrastructure have catalyzed an unprecedented demand for robust networking hardware. Stacked RJ45 connectors with integrated magnetics (MagJacks) serve as the vital interface in this evolution, enabling high-density PCB layouts in telecom routers, Ethernet switches, and industrial IoT (IIoT) systems.
As Indian network equipment manufacturers (NEMs) scale production in hubs like Noida, Chennai, and Bengaluru, sourcing highly reliable, EMI-shielded, and space-saving connectors has become a strategic priority. Stacked RJ45 configurations double or quadruple the port density within the same PCB footprint, which is critical for 1U rack-mount systems and ruggedized outdoor telecommunication enclosures operating in tropical environments.
Our connectors are manufactured with high-temperature LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) housing materials and robust 50u" gold plating on contacts, ensuring stable performance in India's high temperature and humidity cycles without signal degradation.
Built-in common-mode chokes and 3-wire transformer configurations provide superior electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression, essential for co-existing with sub-6GHz 5G equipment and cellular towers.
How stacked RJ45 connectors with integrated magnetics bridge legacy networks with next-generation multi-gigabit protocols.

Backed by deep engineering expertise and a robust supply chain to serve India's critical network rollouts.
Our 86 R&D engineers collaborate closely with Indian system designers to customize footprint layouts, LED configurations, and internal magnetic turns-ratios to match specific PHY silicon requirements (e.g., Broadcom, Marvell, Realtek).
We supply connectors that meet UL, RoHS, and REACH standards, facilitating smoother compliance testing and BIS certification processes for Indian OEMs exporting to North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
With global supply chains facing persistent volatility, Lumetra offers Indian procurement teams a highly resilient supply channel. Operating from our advanced facility in China, we leverage established trade logistics to ship directly to manufacturing hubs across India, including Noida, Pune, Bengaluru, and Chennai.
Our 11 years of overall industry expertise and 7 years of dedicated global export experience allow us to navigate custom clearances, logistics frameworks, and bulk distribution protocols efficiently, ensuring lead times remain predictable.
Additionally, we maintain raw material buffers for essential components (such as specialized plastic resins and magnetic cores), insulated from sudden market shortages. This enables us to maintain production continuity even during high-demand cycles.

Designing high-speed communication systems requires a deep understanding of physical layer (PHY) characteristics. In stacked RJ45 configurations, isolating the magnetics between the upper and lower decks is critical to preventing internal crosstalk. When signals travel through adjacent ports at speeds up to 10Gbps, electromagnetic coupling can disrupt transmission.
Our stacked magnetic jacks feature isolation barriers between the internal wire-wrapped cores. Each channel uses dedicated common-mode chokes to suppress high-frequency noise while minimizing insertion loss. For Indian system designers working with multi-gigabit rates, this results in robust return loss margin and excellent common-mode rejection ratios (CMRR), making it easier to pass strict FCC Part 15 and EN55022 Class B emission tests.
As PoE+ and PoE++ deployments grow in India's municipal networks, heat dissipation has become a primary engineering concern. Delivering up to 90W of power over all four pairs generates heat within the connector's magnetic block. Without proper thermal management, this heat can degrade the magnetic core's performance, leading to packet loss. Our designs utilize wire-insulation materials rated for high temperatures and magnetic cores characterized by low core loss. This maintains inductance stability even when operating at ambient temperatures up to 85°C.
In dust-prone or high-humidity environments, copper contacts can oxidize over time, increasing contact resistance and leading to link failure. To address this, our connectors feature contact pins with 50-microinch gold plating over a nickel underplate, providing high durability. The housing is molded from high-strength thermoplastic material, designed to withstand standard wave soldering temperatures without warping or compromising coplanarity.
